Cerro Cincho Rural is a complex of rural houses and apartments with capacity for groups of up to 23 people, located in the municipality of Peraleda de la Mata, in the province of Cáceres, Extremadura.
A family enterprise managed by its owners, which was created with the aim of promoting local and national tourism by providing a quality service, a warm and close treatment, so that you can live a unique and unforgettable experience.
ACCOMMODATION
A group of 3 houses in the middle of a large meadow, where its colors of the land and its holm oaks, its peace and coexistence with nature, so far away from urban life and spaces, are the best environment to escape, disconnect and find peace and freedom.
Its interiors are modern and functional, while enjoying a rustic, peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, where you can enjoy nature and quietness, without having to give up the comforts of the city and taking care of the details and making you feel at home. An invitation to rest and to be in complete harmony with its exceptional surroundings.
LAS ENCINAS HOUSE
Large main house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and pantry. Spacious dining room and living room with fireplace with access to a large porch to access the garden and pool overlooking the Sierra de Gredos.
LAS MORERAS HOUSE
Medium sized house on two floors. On the ground floor, living room with fireplace, integrated kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet. In addition, two double bedrooms with bathrooms. Upstairs, a spacious loft with bathroom and living/TV area with two double sofa beds and a third double bedroom with bathroom.
LOS OLIVOS HOUSE

COMMON AREAS
Its common areas are cozy, with a fireplace, living room and games room, integrated in the same place, ideal for sharing, conviviality and activities with family or friends. There is also a large indoor dining room and an outdoor patio where the barbecue and wood oven are located. In addition, there is a large porch terrace next to the swimming pool with a beautiful garden with amazing views of the countryside, where the Sierra de Gredos mountain range can be seen on the horizon.

BOOKING PROCESS
To make a reservation, the client must pay, as an advance, 30% of the amount for the formalization of the reservation, via bank transfer, indicating the name and dates selected. The remaining 70% will be paid upon arrival at Cerro Cincho Rural.
DEPOSIT
We ask for a deposit based on the group of people staying at CCRural (from 200 € to 600 €), which will be refunded within 48 hours, after verifying upon departure that the property has not suffered any damage or damage during the rental period.
PETS
We request an additional deposit, in addition to the accommodation one, of €100 per pet to cover any damage or incident related to their presence during the stay.
It will be refunded within a maximum period of 48 hours after verifying upon check-out that the property has not suffered any damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation may be cancelled when the guest gives at least 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, receiving 100% of the amount paid.
With a minimum of 15 days notice, you will receive 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
HOUSE RULES
Smoking is prohibited inside the houses, it is only allowed in outdoor areas designated for this purpose.
For security reasons, the door to the swimming pool must remain closed and access to this area with glass is not allowed.
We are Pet Friendly but, for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the rented properties. Pets will be the responsibility of the owners to avoid incidents.
It is forbidden to feed or give food to animals in Cerro Cincho Rural.
The barbecue / grill area may only be used according to current regulations of the Junta de Extremadura.
At Cerro Cincho Rural, we promote the circular economy: reuse, recycle and reduce. Garbage and waste should be deposited in the bins provided for this purpose, thus taking care of the environmental impact.
It is necessary to make a responsible use of all spaces and facilities.
VISITS TO GUESTS
Visits to guests who, having rented one of the houses, come to spend the day at Cerro Cincho Rural, must be communicated in advance to the Property and will have an additional cost for the use and enjoyment of the facilities:
